Wall Ball Workout
: a mixed workout program that you can use all or parts of to get on the wall and work on your stick skills.
Wall Ball Challenge - 3 Week
: short three week challenge program.
Wall Ball Challenge - Beginner - 5 Week
: the 5 week wall ball challenge recommended for players that are new to lacrosse, paperweight or tyke aged.
Wall Ball Challenge - Intermediate - 5 Week
: the 5 week wall ball challenge recommended for players that are tyke to peewee aged.
Wall Ball Challenge - Advanced - 5 Week
: the 5 week wall ball challenge recommended for players that are bantam plus aged.
