Lacrosse is back in CW!
Submitted By Nathan Joyes on Tuesday, September 15, 2020
Following up to our great day of Lacrosse on Sunday, CW and Guelph had an emergency meeting last night to finalize the details for the upcoming season.

Guelph will be hosting at Bishop Macdonell.

From the Ontario website regarding Doug Ford's announcement this morning (Saturday Sept 19)

These new rules do not apply to 'monitored' social gatherings or organized public events held in staffed businesses and facilities such as bars, restaurants, cinemas, convention centres, banquet halls, gyms, places of worship, and does not include recreational sporting or performing arts events. This is in recognition of the fact that these facilities and events are mandated to follow very specific public health and safety guidelines to minimize risk and limit any spread of COVID-19.

The original proposed schedule has been adjusted, this improved schedule is more time efficient as most teams play back to back instead of having multiple hour gaps between games. As well the start time has been pushed back to allow the fields to warm up a bit.
