Return to Play - Volunteers and Scheduling
Submitted By Nathan Joyes on Monday, September 7, 2020
There are a lot of moving pieces in setting up the schedule for the season: what fields are available, which centre will be hosting on a particular weekend, what teams are available on specific days/times, and more.

We are getting closer, and our return-to-play committee has been working tirelessly to get this off the ground!

Mid week we will making preliminary team decisions -- if we don't have enough registrations or volunteers we will be closing registration for that division. Ensure you have registered so that your player has the best chance possible to play. There could be some mixed teams between the associations if the numbers are not high enough individually.

We will need an abundance of volunteers for this program to work, please reach out if you are able to help out with the programming. You will be provided with all the information as a Trainer/Health & Safety Manager or Coach (1 of each position for each team) Note that we are not requiring Coaches to hold an OLA Coaching card this year. We will be looking at the program volunteers mid-week as well.

The most frequently asked question has been about the schedule: the return-to-play committee has done a great job coordinating with Guelph to get it to you as quickly as possible -- note that this schedule is dependent on registrations and could possibly change.
