Keep Your Chin Up Buttercup

There's a lot of uncertainty out there this March break. We know that schools will be closed until April 6th, but there have been rumours flying that they may close for 2 more weeks following, or Ontario may follow suit with Alberta and BC, and cancel the remainder of the school year.

Even those with secure employment have tension about what is happening, or what could happen as we navigate what's happening in Centre Wellington, Ontario, and the world.

There is a very real possibility that the COVID-19 virus will have an affect on the 2020 lacrosse season. It may delay the start by a few days, or a few weeks, we just don't know yet. But, we need to take care of each other during these uncertain times.
 
It's important to focus on the things that are important, this includes our familes and our health. We need to look out for one another in our immediate and surrounding communities, including but not limited to our lacrosse community, no, our lacrosse family.
 
The CWMLA executive continues to move forward with plans for the 2020 season, and with that new start brings excitement and silver linings to otherwise grey clouds.
 
Stay tuned, as exciting spring things are just about to start sprouting.
